Please note all products that are for sale are second hand and have been thrifted. Some items are near brand new and are in superb condition. Please refer to the grading of products to ensure you are purchasing your required condition of clothing.
The grading of clothing is as followed:
AAA – Near new condition. No marks. No tears.
AA - Good condition. Minimal marks. No tears.
A – Good condition. Minimal marks. Minimal tears
All our clothes are graded so you are aware of their condition and any existing imperfections. Any imperfections will be photographed and displayed in the information tab regarding the item.
Standards of condition are handled as objectively as possible, given the fact that every vintage item has had different treatment before it reaches us. We divide condition standards into sections listed above to give you a more realistic approach to how the product is in person. Beyond the condition ratings, we list all specific condition flaws as accurately as possible. For any flaw we consider particularly subjective or hard to describe, we ensure that they are photographed so you can get a better idea for yourself. Our aim is to ensure our customers are happy with the condition of the item they are purchasing and knowing in full what they should expect of the item before purchasing it.

Please note all items are listed and charged in New Zealand Dollars - NZD
Refund & Returns
If you are unhappy with your item and wish to return it back, please contact the team so we can provide you with the details of the return address.
Once we receive the item(s) we will then provide you with a store credit voucher which will be valid for 12 months. All item/s must be sent back in the original form it was sent out. Please do send back an item once it has been used.
All items are eligible for return within 7 working days of your order arriving.
You (The buyer) must contact the team via email/mobile informing us regarding the return/exchange of an item. We then will provide you with the return address.
Payment for return postage of the product being sent back to us is to be at your own cost. Once we receive the item we will then give contact you with a voucher containing a store credit code.
